Masters Preview and Third Anniversary

The Back Nine Report turns three-years-old and what a better way to celebrate it, than bringing a special Masters Preview edition. Regular co-hosts Fred Altvater and Carlos Torres, are joined by The European Golf Guru, Kieran Clark to bring you everything you need to know about the 80th edition of The Masters.

On The Weekend Backspin, they talk about Lydia Ko becoming the youngest player ever to clinch two LPGA majors after dramatically capturing the ANA Inspiration. Swede Jim Herman earned a golden ticket to this week’s Masters when he prevailed at the Shell Houston Open.

The quest for The Green Jacket is the subject of The Practice Range, where they provide a massive, wall-to-wall preview of as Jim Nantz baptized it, “a tradition unlike any other”, The Masters.

They will talk about the history of the tournament; what it means; what makes Augusta National so special, and the challenges it brings to the players; and they’ll close it by dissecting the individual chances of winning of the top players in the tournament, and quick thoughts on the rest of the field as well as their winning picks.

On The Final Putts, Carlos, Fred and Kieran offer their thoughts and reflections on the first three years of the show, and what they expect going forward.
